This machine is mainly used to provide sanitary and qualified bottle caps, a machine guaranteeing beverage hygiene requirements. Cap Unscrambler and Bottle Cap Sterilizer are installed outside of aseptic room. Caps are arrayed in one line entering into cap sterilizer, where caps will go through chemical sterilizer rinsing, aseptic water rinsing, and aseptic air drying, then delivered into capping heads through closed cap drop rail.
